the staff could improve their service, as some guests experienced issues with their reservations and were given different rooms than shown in the pictures.

The breakfast was a fantastic spread with lots of choice and variety, including scrambled eggs. the restaurant was also great. the location was perfect for our needs, close to the highway. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Our room on the second stay was smaller than the first, up many flights of stairs, with a tiny bathroom and no wifi signal or extra pillow.
